Shipping policy

At Sanctum Hex, many of our products are crafted in-house using premium materials and specialist production methods. While we keep a small amount of stock on hand, the majority of items are made to order to ensure the highest quality and attention to detail.

 

Processing & Dispatch Times

 

Because of this made-to-order approach, please allow 2–3 weeks for your order to be manufactured and dispatched.

If an item is in stock, it may ship sooner — but this cannot be guaranteed at checkout.

 

Shipping Times

 

Once dispatched, delivery times will depend on your chosen shipping method and destination. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where applicable) as soon as your order is on its way.

Pre-Orders & Custom Pieces

 

 

Certain items, including custom designs and occasional limited-run pieces, may require additional time. Any extended lead times will be clearly noted on the product page.

 

Multiple-Item Orders

If your order contains both ready-made and made-to-order pieces, they may ship together once all items are complete. If you need items shipped separately, please contact us and we’ll do our best to help.
